At the Isle of Wight a few years ago he turned up on stage wearing what looked suspiciously like a Victorian nightshirt.

The pics are all over the press/tabloids...wondering if he's on some form of medication?
Certain types can make you bloated. I recall Jerry Lewis had to take predizone, and he was almost unrecognizable.
Once he stopped taking them though, he deflated back to his normal self.
