Well, Ed quit before the crash - lucky guy?
The Showtime documentary can be streamed in the U.S. after you sign up for a free week at the Showtime site. You'll likely need the closed captions function.

Sad news about Ed King. I watched the showtime documentary a couple of times now and it is excellent. Ed is in it quite a bit telling his story. He quit mid tour because he got tired of Ronnie Van Zants abuse.

Underrated guitar player.
Often just added the little fills and flourishes between the Rossington & Collins fireworks... but they were sublime .
