It’s a little murky, these ‘re-releases’ and whether anything is officially new but I can give my .02 if I think anything’s new when I get it?

The Jagger shouting guitar picture that Schillid posted. I once used that for the Jagger pic in an attempt to recreate the Let It Be cover (with Stones instead of Beatles, and Let It Bleed as the title).

Thanks schillid for posting that - I still have the original hard copy I bought back in '81.
I remember thinking how un-rock and roll those pics of Mick exercising were - yet seeing them and reading about it now, it's obviously served him well.

Seen today at my local grocery.

I picked it up a couple days ago. Very disappointing. Pictures that don't correspond with the print. Stories out of sequence. To much on the Beatles. LIFE mag really missed the mark on this one.

I know....I never pick those things up anymore....I’ve got quite a collection....BUT I must say the cover is awesome.

The recent posting of the Joyce Smyth interview was a great read about current operations and relationships.

Disagree somewhat on awesomeness of the cover..

Would prefer all the current tribute editions use current photos.
Plenty of fantastic ones to choose from, and no shame in their game.

They look and sound great. Currently...

Oh yes, I do. I have a copy somewhere in an old suitcase (shame on me). It's the one with this white buttoned one piece "thing". Years later Freddy Mercuri copied that stage image, right?
