I came across this. I take it that it is in Spanish, though, it may be Portuguese. I do not speak nor read either of these languages, but surely, there are some Iorrians out there who do and will want to wade through this.
Nothing to do with the article, but the subject line...it took me absolute years before it dawned on me that in 1968 when "Memo From Turner" was written, the verse about drowning the Jew in Rampton and knowing the Spanish-speaking gentleman called Kurt were likely references to a Nazi war criminal who had previously been hiding in South America. Not being a Brit, I wasn't aware until recently that Rampton is most famous for its psychiatric hospital which housed some extremely violent patients over the last century. I mostly enjoy the PERFORMANCE soundtrack. Mick's song and the Jack Nitzsche-Ry Cooder material at any rate. The film and soundtrack are all very trippy and disturbing for the eyes and ears. The film generates questions with no answers and, in many ways, seems to lay down the blueprint for David Lynch's work of the past three decades or so.
