'All The Songs' Omission

I know there was probably an earlier entry on this, but I tried the search and it came up with 26 pages.
I got a copy of 'All The Songs' because I found it for $12.99, with free shipping. At that price, I'm sure it will be entertaining. However, I can't understand why the author didn't include the IBC studios cuts. (Bright Lights, Diddley Daddy, Honey (Baby) What's Wrong, and I Want To Be Loved). And of course he overlooked BBC cuts like Cops & Robbers. He even mentions these songs as part of the GRRRR collection, but fails to mention why he doesn't put those in the book.
