semi-OT: Theodora Richards on Jonesy's Jukebox

Heard this interview on the radio yesterday and it's already up on youtube.
All the music played is edited out, and she didn't stay as long as most guests do, but the first song played during interview was Keith's Make No Mistake.
Nothing groundbreaking or earth shattering (no news on new album or tour winking smiley ), but nice to hear her - and now see her!

Theodora Richards In-studio on Jonesy's Jukebox

One funny anecdote from Jonesy:
He was a huge Faces fan when he was younger, and broke in to Ronnie's house (or backhouse) way back when and stole a jacket thinking it was Ronnie's.
Turns out the jacket belonged to Keith!

Really nice. She's so down-to-earth and not at all a rock star kid. Refreshing to see she seems like a healthy, mature, erudite young woman. Amusing that she said STEEL WHEELS when she meant DIRTY WORK. She handles her privacy well, not saying what she's not comfortable discussing publicly. She's very centered and very focused on being healthy which is great to see/hear and inspiring. Good for her and good for her devotion to her Mom and protectiveness of her Dad. I love that she just says "Dad" throughout. It's her family, they're not legends to her. Really nice interview.

Its Steve Jones, guitarist for Sex Pistols.

I actually like his style "So...whadda you do? You git up early?" LOL
One thing that hit me is that Theodora has a US accent. I guess that makes sense; just noticed it. I have always liked her when I see her in interviews. Like they say " a very good head on her shoulders'.

In fairness Jonesy plays Stones stuff pretty much every day, including obscurities off Goat's Head Soup and Exile. He loves that era, and anything Faces-related. He's just a 62-year-old geezer who doesn't care too much about the personal stuff. And, tbh, it's tough for the best of us to keep up with all the Stones offspring.

Jonesy did an interview with Dhani Harrison not long ago, and throughout the show Dhani said "Dad" throughout when talking about his father - almost as if George was still a living presence in his life - which he probably is in a spiritual way. Anyhow, I noticed other similarities between Theodora and Dhani in the way they handle being brought up by famous musicians, and how they carry themselves in general.
