Does anybody have more information, especially about the recording studio in St. Vincent, West Indies?

Nobody?

It seems the first sessions (just Mick & Keith) were in June 2004 - probably at Mick's as there were rumors around that time that the Stones were recording in Paris.

I believe that Ron recorded his parts from his own studios in Ireland and London - as he mentionned that his studio was compatible with Mick's in an interview (i.e. he is using Pro Tools & Digidelivery).
