Wow that Amsterdam/Arnhem pre-sale is a complete mess ! 30' minute wait for "regular" and nothing happens in the "pit ticket" section, just sits there after you validate. Typical TM BS...

You do not actually need the app to buy the tickets. The app just gives you the link. You can paste it to your e-mail or whatever and then access the presale on your desktop/tablet.

For example, the Zurich presale link is here:

I share your sentiments. There's too many categories, packages and prices - and too little information. I feel neglected by this Whole RS app pre-sale process anyway because I don't have an iphone/smart phone. Crossing my fingers that regular PIT/FOS tickets will still be available in the general sale.
