Mick Taylor, Keith & Ronnie: guitar comparisons

Any thoughts on the dynamics between these 3 ??
1) How did Keith & Mick get along personally ?
2) Which of the 2 does Keith really prefer playin' with ?... or are they just 2 different great guitarists...?
3) Was Keith upset to see Mick leave ?
From my point of view, Ronnie is a bit more "cooperative" whereas MT is just an incredible "upfront / take charge" type guitarist...
Insight on this kinda stuff is interesting...
Also, what do you consider to be MT's very best work outside of the Stones ??
