It happened to me on Amazon with my pre-order (Nov 2nd). Kept getting e-mails saying that they were still trying to get it. Now supposed to be arriving Dec 23rd. The demand was probably the cause; seems like the album is going to be a popular Christmas present!

Arrived today (Dec 21st). Merry Christmas to me!

I once ordered an xxl gorilla shirt from the Stones store. I got an xl shirt from them instead. A big shirt with a gorilla on it, but not as big as I expected. I sent an email: no response. The shirt material is a very stretchable cotton. Still I would have liked the xxl that I ordered. Next time they can put me through to that man in a box. And maybe they were laughing, thinking: xxl is too large. Sorry fat guy, you get the xl gorilla shirt. I don't know. It was on sale. I do like the shirt, and it stretches to fit. The material didn't fall apart in the wash like some concert shirts do, so that was good.

An XL wouldn't fit the gorilla it's boasting...they should be ashamed of the oversight

It's very stretchable cotton. I know because I've stretched it out wearing it..

Any music or dvds I buy from a store now, Amazon let me down the once, so can't be bothered with them now.
Never really had a problem with the stones stores, Uk or USA.
