Re: 2014/2015 Tour "lithos"

The size difference could be explained by the source of the paper.
Most of the world uses the Ax or By designation (where X and y are numbers) and the paper area is a fraction of a square metre.
Whereas in the USA paper sizes are in X inches x Y inches, designating the length of the sides.
For comparison
A4 is pretty close to the US 8.5" x 11" size
A3 is close to the US 17" x 11" size.

Good ole "POSTERS" sized A4... 8.5" x 11"

That is more a sheet of paper than a poster... beware "posters" labeled A4

...and please know I am only reiterating, not anything else,
I learned about good ole A4 "posters" a long time ago on ebay smoking smiley

I purchased an Alligator litho from the Orlando show last June - one thing I noticed is that there is a date June 12 but no year? Is this an error? Was this omission on any other lithos from thew ZC tour?

There are many zipcode lithos without the info of the year
The Zip Code had the least well-prepared lithos IMHO
On some of them the letters were truncated on the top
Look on the O's of ROLLING STONES on this one :
Raleigh

Maybe that is "a look" Charlotte Watts was "going for" when she made that poster...

...at least that is what I tell myself later when I notice that I had shoved the "type box" up too high in the editing program and (I had not noticed that) it cut off part of the tops of the letters. smoking smiley
