One of my favorite writers.
It's a shame that there aren't more novels of him. You have read them all pretty soon.

That's because he had to stay sober to write them. He wrote his first, Post Office, in about 3 weeks.

Lots of great short stories though.

I remember reading that in Creem. My introduction to the great Charles Bukowski. A guy who made a story about taking a crap great literature.
