Going to be a great show. 1:00 am here in middle America. So will check the sight in the morning as always. Wild Horses as they say.

Anyway..

I was thinking of all who have missed the Stones in Oz this tour, for whatever reason, financial, illness and especially for Hanging Rock ticketholders. Australia is a long way to travel to, so it's unlikely they'll be back. So sad.

I know I'll shed a tear when they leave this part of the world after NZ show, even though I was lucky enough to see them in Melbourne.
As they prepare to leave our part of the world it feels like goodbye.
In the words of an old song. (slight change of lyric).

It is the evening of the day,
I sit and watch as the Stones play,
Smiling faces I can see, but not for me,
I sit and watch as tears go by.

Enjoy, New Zealand tonight everyone, make the most of every moment.

Obviously I'm not at all familiar with the venue, but from these pictures it just seems like an odd place for a Stones show, much less possibly the last one.

According to BV's info they should be on by now. Are they waiting for the skies to clear up?
