This 2DVD set documents Keith Richards' entire musical career, both with and without the Rolling Stones. It's on pre-order at Amazon, but there's not much information about it, though.

BTW, as I was trying to find some information about this new (?) release, I've found this silent movie, with 20-minute footage of the US concerts in 1965/1966.
