I said this before: To me the song is one of the best ever and definitely the best song they have recorded in the last 20 years or so. Would be a perfect opener for the new tour. Long acoustic guitar intro coming out of the dark, then the drums, then all the lights on and the boys in full force. WOW -that would be a fream come true. And the perfect No. 2 song should be a sharp "Rip this joint". And after only five or six minutes into the show everybody would say .Yes, they still can rock like a mother!"
By the way: I LOVE the drum sound in that song!!!!

I really like some of the lyrics on Dirty Work. For instance,

"Living high, sitting in the sun
Sit on your ass till your work is done
You lazy mother, your hands are clean
You pull the strings and you got the clout
There's something filthy living in your mouth
Pushing your buttons you get away free"



Sounds like a definite jab at Keith.

I saw the Stones perform One Hit on the Steel Wheels tour at the first Alpine Valley show. I thought it was worked very well, and sounded great live. IMHO One Hit would be a welcome addition to a Stones setlist that sadly has contained way too many of the usual suspects on recent tours. Bring One Hit back.
