I think we can all show him respect by not wasting his time by reporting posts that aren't offensive. He has a life.

We should all respect BV's time, dedication and hard work to his site that he invites the world into. We all share the common bond of passion and love for the Rolling Stones, their Music and Fascinating Adventures. BV cut me out last week and let me back in today. He should be respected and we should all be thankful for this incredible forum of information and insight that he provides for all of us. Thank You BV, You are Very Much Appreciated !!!

Respecting BV ???
O.K., I'll do. As I did, already. But BV is not my god.
I'll add:
Respect yourselves!
And:
Respect all the other fans here on IORR!
... and last, but not least:
Respect The Rolling Stones, respect Mick, Keith, Charlie, Ronnie, Mick T. and all their supporters in the band.
Can we do it?
Please!

Of course BV should be respected for alot of what he does in maintaining this site,
but some of these "respect" posts I see are beginning to look a bit cultish.

Big difference. You can leave IORR any time you want.
Also nobody gets fed to dogs here, so there are other differences. I think it's just the perceived need to pay homage to the great leader that people find similar.Quote

And still, if you don't like it, you can leave IORR at any time.

Are you out of your @#$%& mind? I will never post here again. Dysfunctional doesn't even begin to describe this shit. BV can do whatever he wants; it's his board. But this is not the kind of environment I want to be a part of.

I don't know BV personally but I have been aware of him since the early 90's and that is when I received my first IORR printed fanzine.I kept receiving it until the mid 2000's. His dedication to the Rolling Stones' music and what he has done with it is amazing and impressive.
Rock and roll,
Mops
When I first received it I didn't speak english at all;I just looked at the pictures.Quote

I used to read the magazine in Tower Records, Picadilly, London. Never bought a copy though!
