Do you think the ticket prices and the fact that they have toured so much in the last 15 yrs ,will mean people,especially the "tourists" will give it a miss this time ?

I'm sure none of the stadium shows have actually "sold out".

I usually do as many shows as I can ,but this time I'm thinking that there's also McCartney ,Springsteen ,U2 , AC/DC etc. etc. to spend (less) money on.

If they don't drop some warhorses and the vegas band ,why go to more than 1 show ?

Obviously ,I'll give in soon and melt my credit card again !

People will go for 2 basic reasons:

1) Corporations and wealthy die-hards will ALWAYS buy the expensive seats...money is no object to these people (whereas "favors" and "perks" are LIFE in the corporate America)....corporations will give the tix out to friends, politicians, clients, whomever....die hards will go w/ all of their rich pals and celebrate how they rule the world....

2) "Never Seen the Stones" and/or "Want to See the Stones (again) before they croak" fans will buy out the rest...

maybe not every stadium will sell out....but, I'll bet you most of them will...

Just my opinion....

Perhaps a few will go cause they enjoy the band....

Albett...yeah....I put them in the "want to see the Stones (again)" group.....I guess I didn't word it well...

I'M NOT GOING TO KEEP VENTING MY SLEEN ON THIS SUBJECT.

I'll just have make up my own mind and spend what I think is reasonably (for me)


BTW STICKFINGERS 101 : I may have seen a post where a gig in Hull was wished for?
REM can't even sellout our 25,000 seat stadium at £40 a ticket.

I think the Stones would struggle , unless they start having GA again.
