How fast are ticket selling ?

As I read nothing on the subject, I would be interested to know wether the Stones are still in if we compare them to comparables bands on an arm's length basis : Macca, Springsteen and U2 who succeeded to sell-out there respective american tour within 1-2 hours at same price as the band.

According to the newspaper, Calgary sold out in less than one hour yesterday.

REALLY BLEEDING FAST...and its a dirty business. The ticket scalpers get all the good seats. I saw third row For DC show up 20 minutes after the public sale on Ebay.

SCALPERS BUYING THEM DOESENT MEAN THEY SOLD OUT.
Leave it until day of the gig and watch the scalpers squirm !
I tried it at last Arena gig of Licks tour and got seat next to Bstage forless than face.
I could have payed less ,but didn't want to pass on such a great seat.
I'll be trying that method again.
You'll always get something a couple of hours before the gig........... OR a couple of minutes if you can stand the stess !

Stones tickets are double the price than U2 at least from what I saw.
Calgary may now get a 2nd show which would be awesome.
Though I live in Switzerland I take all my money which I don't have and go there.

Just a few minutes ago on Ebay the price for 2 good Giants Stadium tickets sold for 1125 US$!
So yes, good tickets are selling fast....!
