61 today .....I also remember the 60's & 70's like they were yesterday. My problem is I can't remember yesterday! I wouldn't trade growing up with the music of my generation for anything.

Amen. I grew up in the Bay Area in the 60s-70s and the bands that came through there and played for pennies by today's standards, including the Stones, are legends. It was just music back then. Not entertainment.

One day to go .....but today I'm still in my 50's

Those decade changing birthdays are a jolt, aren't they? My mother started celebrating the anniversary of her 36th once she got past 50. Not a bad idea.

I'd get it checked out with a doctor. Could be from a virus, my Dad lost some of his sense of taste and smell after he had malaria. Could be any number of things, but I wouldn't think age is one of them...you're still a youngster.

50 or so, could be most of this Board... you know, I don't favor all the same foods (& drinks) now that I did in my 30s but still like most of 'em...perhaps you now favor other tastes instead? We do change, not always a bad thing...
