Maybe it's the heat or I have some sort of problem, but for the past week or so I kept hearing in my head either Henry Kissinger or Elmer Fudd singing a slow, bluesy version of Star Star. I think it would work.

Now I am hearing Barry White speaking the words of Dirty Work with the band playing at regular speed. Not sure if this one would work. And I think Barry White is dead.

Are there Stones songs you would like to hear covered by other people?

The closest I've come to that is the reverse: I wish the Stones had done Mick's solo song DON'T TEAR ME UP. I think they would have torn it up.
