Post of the day....seriously he is wearing them on SFTD because the intro track is pre-recorded and he has to come in to it.

It is a good question if you don't go to the shows, so no need to make fun of it. In the "old" days Charlie did not have earphones on Sympathy, and then some times he had problems with syncing in to the play-back drums. Happens at every show now on Sympathy For The Devil.
