Buy it. there´s no need to download official stuff. It´s against your favourite band.
I have nothing against downloading bootlegs and outtakes, though.

The thing is that it´s just not worth downloading it. If you have the weak MSG version on Four Flicks you have it at least complete. On the Live Licks Jap version they made a cripple of it (just like Rocks Off). It sucks big time.
Yesterday I listend to a boot called Hot As Hell with the Buffalo show from 1975. Man, that was a version of that song. And Hand Of Fate! What a solo by Ronnie!
An album with those live recordings (+ the best 72/73 and 78 stuff) would blow anything away the Stones have released live so far.
