2000 Man? Excellent!

Kiss? Poor excuse for a rock band.

Kiss also re-does the song on "Unplugged" on acoustics!!!!

Yes, great version (& I'm not really a Kiss fan!). Would be a good one for The Stones to revive in a similar style.

Awful!

Yeah. Ace looks and sounds wasted.

I am having an affair
With the random computer

Also, that should be "a random computer"--as it uses random access memory (RAM), which would nowadays be called just a "computer".

I always assumed it was THE random computer because it referred to ERNIE, which stands for Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment. It's the computer which picks premium bond numbers in the UK. Back in the 60s ERNIE was well known and considered high tech.

That definitely sounds plausible. I wasn't aware of ERNIE.

During my initial first listens of 2000 MAN, I thought the lines, "Well, my wife still respects me/I really misuse her" were "Well, my wife still respects me/I really miss you, Sir." (Which, of course, makes no sense.)

This makes me totally fired up! I always knew that was a great song.
