Did this restaurant ever open?

Found this while reading the old IORR "news" from 1998:

August 8: Voodoo Lounge restaurant in London
A new "theme" restaurant will open in Leicester Square, London, UK shortly: "Voodoo Lounge", owned by the Stones, and in competition with Sticky Fingers, Planet Hollywood etc.

Did this ever open?

Hm, I remember that I once was in a bar called Voodoo Lounge in London.
I still have the matches I got from there. They had lots of beautiful young girls bringing you to your table and pictures from the Stones everywhere. As far as I can remember it was near Leicester Square.
It has a different name and owner now, I was there some years ago and it was nothing special. I wanted to go there this summer too, but I forgot about it...maybe it's even closed now.

Yes it existed.
I can't remember the adress, but I still have a menu.
Very trendy when I went there in 1999, with B/W photos from the Stones and a few other rock stars on the walls.
