Apologies if this is redundant, I know there was a discussion of the future ABKCO releases. We at Goldmine have entered into an exclusive deal with ABKCO and are offering a limited edition colored vinyl of "Flowers". There will be only 500 copies made and will be available exclusively through Goldmine's website at Goldmine Magazine Exclusive Orange Vinyl "Flowers"

thumbs up

Someone sent me these notes. Corrections are always appreciated (probably from wiki).

Ride on Baby” appeared on “Flowers,” an album released only in the US in June 1967. It was recorded during recording sessions for “Aftermath” in December 1965.

Mick Jagger – vocals
Keith Richards – backing vocals, lead guitar, autoharp
Brian Jones – rhythm guitar, harpsichord, marimba, koto (inaudible)
Bill Wyman – bass
Charlie Watts – drums, bongos
Jack Nitzsche – piano

Three versions of "Out of Time" were released.

"Out of Time" was first released on their 1966 album “Aftermath” (UK version).
The first, recorded by the band in Los Angeles in March 1966, appeared on the UK version of 1966's “Aftermath” featured a marimba part played by Brian Jones. In this format the song was 5:37 long.

A shorter alternative mix of the Rolling Stones' recording was released in the US in 1967 on the album “Flowers.” The shorter version of this recording appeared in the US on 1967's “Flowers,” and later on 1972's “More Hot Rocks,” and 2012's GRRR! super deluxe edition.

A third demo version featuring Jagger's lead vocal with the backing track from Chris Farlowe's version, was recorded in London in April 1966 as a demo for Chris Farlowe. The orchestration, string arrangement, and backing vocals from Chris Farlowe's cover version was used, plus a new female backing vocals was released on the 1975 rarities album “Metamorphosis” and as a single.
