When I drove to work today I was listening to Knebworth 76,
I quite like Satisfaction & YCAGWYW from it.

Several people where asking for this concert to be released as a vault release.
But then there are those technical problems (that delayed the beginning of the show considerably).
As one can hear on:
Yo gotta move (half a minute of beeeeeeeeep)
Hey Negrita & Hot Stuff: Feedbacks and noises directly from hell
Around and Around & Little red rooster: Micks Voice only hearable via PA
and so on and on and on...

Does anyone know what and why was happening there that went so terribly wrong?
Is there a backstory to it?
Where those beeps and noises and feedbacks recorded on the master tapes, or wre they just hearable on the prefader channel of the engineer or may the aux/bus-channel that fed the bootleg tape?

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I don't know. I keep hoping they recorded it professionally and we'll be pleasantly shocked, like when we got L.A. Forum '75 and it blew away all the really crap bootlegs.
