There was a clip on Youtube of Miss You in Atlantic City in 1989 and he absolutely nailed the solo. You can even see Mick and Keith sort of smile as if to be surprised that he could nail it like that. I can't find it on youtube anymore though.

SOlos and fills on anything from 1975/1976 and dont miss his playing on Mocambo. He's billiant there. 1978? Very good.

1981 is when he sometimes plays a great guitar or should that be very good and fitting solo or fill and sometimes sucks.

Great songs:
Shattered Hampton
Little T&A East Rutherford

I dont consider Ronnie as part of the band after 1989. He does some good solos now and then but his job is really just being Ronnie Wood no more no less. I wonder if Bill left the band for that reason. Maybe they made some deal stating the Ronnie and Bill were just supposed to play their parts or something? Making into a joint solo thing with Mick and Keith sharing a stage. Maybe they were forbidden to relase solo stuff? I know Ronnie released something in 1997 but could that be a reason for Bill to leave?

I love all Love You Live & LA Friday: it's the sloppiness of The Faces meeting The Stones
