The Screaming Blue Messiahs were quite popular back in the 80s. A few years ago, I think that they weren't on Spotify, but yesterday I found them there and listened again reviving memories. What a great band, with great songs, cool vocals and spot-on crunchy electric guitars and interplay with drums and bass. Dubbed as rockabilly from hell. Vic Maile, who produced Dr Feelgood's two first LPs, produced their early stuff. The mini album Good and Gone is probably their best solid output even though the single I wanna be a Flintstone is hard not to love too. A bit like Dr Feelgood manically on steroids. Any other SBM lovers?
