'Hard Blues' E.P: seeking info

Ok, so I've just stumbled across a Stones E.P on my streaming service of choice and it's called 'Hard Blues'. It's six tracks, the opening four being the studio cuts of Midnight Rambler, Live With Me, Stray Cat Blues, and Who's Driving Your Plane. Tracks 5 & 6 are an unexpected treat, however: Track 5 is a terrific live version of Parachute Woman (supposedly from 2018) and track 6 a really nice re-working of Memo From Turner (not sure if it's live or in the studio, but can't hear any sounds of an audience). Can anyone please provide details about tracks 5 & 6: where and when these performances are from? Thanks in advance.

Parachute Woman is from the 1968 Rock'n Roll Circus, and Memo From Turner is studio version from Methamorphosis album.
