The best sounding blu ray?

I just set up a proper 5.1 setting in my livingroom and can’t wait to crank some serious Stones on it.
So, a new a approach to Stones releases is needed with good 5.1 sound being the criteria.
I just bought the Fonda blu ray and just LOVE it. I’ve been saving its purchasing till I get these audio equipment right. Man, this kicks ass. The band in fire, it’s well shot (on robot camareas!) sounds superb to my ears.
So what’s next? I can even live the warhorses since right now it’s all about the sound.
