Barely. He has played 2 nights in Reykjavik, Island, so far. He`s playing at the Norwegian Wood festival in Oslo, Norway, this Thursday, the 14th of June.- Guess it could be something for BV.

Is Bryan Ferry still touring? I don't think he's much of a live act though. I would probably save my money.

Want to see Bryan Ferry in concert but in a small setting/club. Smallest he's done in SoCal is the Hollywood Bowl. Always thought him and Robert Palmer should have done a tour together and called it The Sharpest Dressed Men In RnR Tour but that will never happen now.

Saw the reformed ROXY a couple of years ago, didn't think much of it to be honest. Maybe it was just the setlist, too obscure. But lots of diehard ROXY fans were I think generally underwhelmed, it wasn't the great show it was hyped to be.

Hmm, interesting view, from the inside, so to speak (the diehards seldom tell the truth). Anyway, I would`ve loved to hear this "obscure" set. I do know that the body language from the sax player and the guitarist was way below par. I don`t think they`re happy with each other, and that a Roxy tour will never happen again.

Apart from that, yes, Bryan`s still touring. Maybe he`s happy with being an artist a bit below the top and doing his occasional tours and albums. He is touring with the Roxy drummer, so here we get Roxy by the half of them.

Maybe that's it. He should throw in a couple of Stones warhorses in the show. "You Got me Rocking", "Start Me Up" and "It's only Rock and Roll" maybe?

Essentially yes, but that doesn't alter the fact that those folk I describe as diehards did unquestionably seem to feel that the show lacked something, and so who the hell am I to argue with people who (a) are enamoured of ROXY way more so than I, and (b) presumbably are infinitely more familair with their catalogue than I ???

All I can say is that at Bryan concerts, nobody seems to be grooving to his newer songs, although they`re just as good as the old ones. We`ve been discussing this when it comes to The Stones, and people just doesn`t seem to be thankful any more (read: receptive). People aren`t following him from year to year anymore, exept for the diehards. Should I be waving along to new stuff, I would only make a fool of meself.
