Happy Birthday Gazza! I am one day late, but I was in Belin yesterday, bussy trying to get the best spot at a Sprigsteen concert, I think you will take that as a good excuse :-)

My hints to Mrs Gazza along the lines of a trip to this show being a nice getaway and a great birthday present were all in vain, alas. Will have to make do with Manchester and (both) Dublin.

When I was waiting in front of the stadium I started to talk with a couple from England and the lady was 50 that day, she and her husban celebrated it that way...really nice. They both looked much younger (I would have guessed around 40) and they were really nice, I had a grat time talking to them that 1,5 hour before the gates opened. She got "I am 50 today" whiten on the palm of her hand, I told her that if she made the first row, she might end up on the stage dancing with Bruce. They ended up in the second row, facing the very centre of the stage (I was just about a meter behind them) and...Bruce didn't see the sign, but I talked to them after the show and they were really happy, just like all of us, we got a great show. I will post some pictures in the Springsteen Tour thread, when I unpack my camera :-)

The lady said, she bought the tickets as a present for herself and then she "forced" her husband to come, you shoud have done the same :-). Anyway, have a great time in Manchester and Dublin, I will be in Prague and Vienna...

And...since we haven't met at the Dylan concert in Prague 2 years ago...when I was in Berlin, I bought a ticket to the Dylan concert in Dresden on the 3th of July. I know it is very unlikely, but won't you be there by any chance?
