Love those odd clips. To me it is amazing how much they looked and acted like each other back then. They say when people are very close over a period of time; always working and living together they take on traits and physical appearance. There is a photo shoot from right around then where Mick and Keith both have on a red shirt and they look exactly alike.
In this one here, when Keith is as astronaut he looks and acts much like Bill.
The boy was funny at end - looked like he was ready to bawl.

Filmed in London on June 13, 1969 the same day that Mick Taylor was introduced to the press.
The Stones never did appear on Music Scene!
