I think there's quite a few bootlegs from 81- 95 that are video from the big screen. But it doesn't seem like there are much if any from the last few tours?

In 1995 when Der Spiegel accused them of miming, Mick said "That's stupid, we film every show".......

The Leeds Roundhay Park 1982 DVD seems to be made up of video from the big screens.

I personally heard the same some 15 years ago from Dick Carruthers, video director of Stones concerts in those days: everything is filmed and preserved for studying or other purposes.
