Well, it would be great to see both a biopic and a documentary at some point.
The film world of course is littered with projects that never see the light of day, eg ABKCO's Sam Cooke film.
Let's hope Chess and Chicago get the attention they both deserve.

Good one dmay. I missed that article when it came out. Thanks for sharing. The location at 2120 S Michigan is indeed hallowed ground. The city or private investors should be promoting this incredible legacy. I have invested just down the street in Motor Row Brewing. They feature blues night with live music every Thursday night with the Chicago Blues All Stars. Free admission for some excellent blues. The beer is excellent too.
