I just saw the show on uitzendinggemist.

Really didn't know the initiator (and production payer) for this Cuba-concert was a Dutch guy...

Can't understand Dutch, but wasn't the whole show put together by a South American lawyer? I can remember reading here a detailed account on how it all started (and was quite surprised to see nothing about it in the Olé docu).
