OT: New York City Record Stores?

I did a search on this board and couldn't find anything about this topic. And if there is one that I missed, it can probably use an update.
With many of us visiting New York in the next few months for Exhibitionism, I thought it might be a good idea to solicit input from the New York locals about which record stores in Manhattan might still exist and are worth a visit. My general impression is that a number of good stores have closed within the past year. Any still left? I'd love to check 'em out.
