I don't understand that either..

Things are expensive in Japan and they add tracks so that the fans there do not buy CDs from the US and England.

Japan made CD's are more expensive than imported CD's (in Japan) so they had to find a trick to make people buy them.

edit:

Price for the regular CD on Amazon Japan is 2700¥ (approx. 25$), while on Amazon US the same CD is currently sold at 13,98$ and the imported CD is sold 2047¥ on Amazon Japan (approx. 19$).

Hopefully there will be some bonus tracks from the sessions though, 12 isn't many. I could listen to the Stones cover blues songs all day :O)
