OT: Los Angeles - Let's rent the adjacent studio for rehearsals

Any L.A. Musicians interested in going in on a studio in late September to jam...?
I don't have any info yet, but last time around the studio adjacent to The Stones was available for $500 per day. I'm sure rehearsals will happen again.
