Ronnie had a crack at a similar shot but ...

i've looked around and i don't think she sells single pictures,i wish she would.
she took some crazy good shots of the band,especially from 75 when she was on the tour with them.
even getting a close up of Micks stitched up arm when he fell through a plate glass window.she had a funny story about that,he didn't want to have her take a picture of it.then when she talked him into it he said "ok,but use color film".it's a pretty unnerving shot.
Maybe Ronnie was going for more of the Carmen Miranda look Rockman.

Pretty certain its from:
LIFE AS A ROLLING STONE by BARBARA CHARONE
Written with Keith and Anita's co-operation.
Published around 1979.
The Toronto bust gets a lot of focus.
Its a good read, some nice photographs.
The first 'full' biography of Keith.
Out of print a long time, it seems.

Its in the hard cover book - "The Rolling Stones" by Robert Palmer (1983). Picture is on page 233 and its a full page picture.

it's from the photo session Annie did with him in Toronto for the rolling stone magazine article by chet flippo about the trial,el macombo shows,etc.
the other ones from that i'm sure you've all seen are keith with the rainbow suspenders and hat and passed out with a pistol laying next to him.
though it would probably be easier to copy it from the books the above posters mentioned rather than tracking down an old copy of that magazine from 77.

I've done some googling but does Annie Leibowitz sell her photos? She has some real classics. I was able to buy the 'Patience Please' photo directly from Ethan Russell
