I wonder if anyone knows where to find out the attendance figures for these shows. I know there's a lot of box office statisics on wikipedia, but not for this tour.

Right! There's not much information about this tour. Wonder why.
I was looking for some good videos in youtube and could only find one live concert at Roundhay Park, Leeds / 1982. That was the last concert of the 1982 European Tour, in London and only some songs.
I did read you can download it all in "Google Music Play" under the name "Live in Leeds" (from the vault) but didn't try, because didn't like the film that much.
No information, no nothing... sad smiley

I'm off on an Easter holiday. I can give you the exact figures for the German concerts in a few days.

I'm back. I saw both concerts in Cologne, one of it as a journalist for a regional daily paper together with my chief editor. That was possible then as the famous German promoter Fritz Rau was handling press then. Despite a whole page report from the concert and further articles later on in I never was accepted as a Journalist.
So, the figures I put down were talk of the time and/or then printed.

Hanover, Niedersachsen Stadium (home of Bundesliga club Hannover 96),
2 shows, 105000 people
Berlin, Waldbuehne (also used in 1965 and 2014)
1 show, 22000 people
Munich, Olympia Stadium (Olympic Games 1972 and former home of Bayern München),
2 shows, 145000 people
Frankfurt, Festhalle (only indoor venue of the whole tour except the Scotish warm-up shows),
3 shows, 30000 people
Cologne, Muengersdorfer Stadium (then and now - rebuilt in the meantime - home of Bundesliga club 1.FC Köln)
2 shows, 135000 people (72000 + 63000)
