Does anybody know why, next to our usernames, there's always these double brackets that look like this: ()?

Forgive me if it's a stupid question, or if I'm missing something obvious. I've just always wondered that

Ha, I was wondering about that too, recently. Would be interesting to learn what it means.

() is a small camera so that BV can spy on all of us to make sure we behave ourselves.

I remember it was discussed some time ago but I forgot what the explanation was
