They seem to have a very friendly relationship. Luciana was at the VIP area with his mother and with Lucas. When the Stones played in Copacabana in 2006 she interviewed Mick for her TV show and they seemed to be very relaxed.
Not now I'm sure.
But from what I recall initially Mick was denying parentage and Mother had to go to the Courts to get decent financial support.
Not the best of beginnings for the young boy.
