Why the Stones haven't come back in South Africa after the two amzing gigs in 95?!They could come back in the next future?!

Johannesburg has changed a fair bit since their visit in '95. They'd probably fair better in Cape Town, where they could tap-into the larger Afrikaners market.
Seriously, though; who knows. I suspect, like India, it was a one-off; or, at least, they see it that way now.

There are many countries which they haven't peformed in.
Even the current tour isnt comprehensive. Some of it must be political or financial but then you see other artists doing gigs and you wonder why not the Stones?
Not all in the 3rd World either; I suspect not all the 50 US states have been paid a visit.

You are right about that and they have not yet visited the state who gave them their music: Mississippi.
