A rotten way to start the day. Another one gone to cancer.
Goodbye, Terry, you were part of my whole listening life.

You might have to scrape me off the floor at the end of the tour, but it'll be really good scrapings. - Mick Jagger

In the eighties and nineties I always watched his Wogan talk show on the BBC.
Very nice and funny guy and he had all the big stars in his Tv show.

As a James Bond fan I always wil remember him asking to Roger Moore to do an imitation of Sean Connery as Bond, which he did, incl a Scotisch accent. Then months later, when Connery was in his show, he asked him to do an imitation of Moore. Connery only raised his eyebrow. That was it. Hahaha!!

R.I.P. Terry Wogan.

Connery seemed to get more grumpy and litigacious the more his bank balance grew. No sense of humour unlike Moore who never took himself too seriously.

You can't allways get what you want.
