Ampeg seventies ad featuring the Stones

I remember a B&W picture of the Stones in the seventies.. It was an ad for Ampeg, featured in a French magazine on cutting hedge products for hifi, recording, etc. Nothing about music, but gear..

The whole-page ad was a picture of the 1970 European tour, with Jagger in pink suit (well you would guess it was pink)

And the tag line was an obvious reference to Midnight Rambler

"Have you heard about the Rolling Stones?"
"AMPEG!!!"

This Ampeg ad or ad contract rings a bell?
