According to my local paper he turned 76 today. Best wishes, Mister B. I'd say "rock on" but we all know how little you think of rock in general. So, go out there and play "Whiplash" and enjoy. And, BTW, fellow IORRians, if you haven't seen the movie "Whiplash", well worth watching.

UK television recently broadcast the "Beware of Mr Baker". Quite brilliant, in my opinion.
Great drummer, but as a human being.......leaves a lot to be desired.
Talent alone can't excuse some of his behaviour. Still, it made for a good story.
Having said that, I'm sure a good documentary film maker could produce something worthwhile on Charlie and honour not only for his musicianship, but also for the man himself.

Beware of Mr. Baker is also on Netflix. Highly recommended, with some early Stones history references.
