Dave Natale has stated he mainly uses Shure SM57's for the guitar amps and sometimes SM58's. If you can provide a picture of one of the mic'ed amps I could probably nail it down for you. 57's are pretty standard fare for guitar amps and I've seen them used on past tours, didn't pay much attention this tour actually.
Something is different and better on the guitars this tour though, it's a good question.
