The european tour '73 coffee table book

Yesterday I received the japanese Marquee and Brussels-box. And it is so amazing to to listen to the Brussels affair on these cd's. But the booklet is poor. Of course I would have prefered to be able buy the amazon-box-set with autographs and the book with an essay by Nick Kent and some good photos I imagine.
As far as I am concerned there isn't a book focusing on the european tour in 1973, allthough there so many iconic photos and essays to be collected - or have I missed sonething?

I once purchased a coffee table book about coffee tables.
The unique thing about it, was that if you didn't own a coffee table, it actually had foldout legs on the back cover that turned the book into a coffee table.
