This thread is getting surprisingly little attention. Perhaps the title shod read 'R.I.P. Cynthia Lennon', in order to draw some well-deserved attention to it.

RIP Cynthia. You were there at the beginning....

She was a special guest at a Beatle Fest in Los Angeles around '93. I attended the panel where she was interviewed and she was very gracious and down to earth. I could also see how proud she was of the man that Julian had grown to be.

I feel sad for Julian. R.I.P. Cynthia. And thank you 2000man for that great photo. Must of been interesting and fun times.

That's sad news. Cynthia was the first Beatles-girl you heard about.

It's in Ray Coleman's book. If I remember it correctly, it was on an airplane flight in the mid '70s after he took Julian on a trip to Disneyland or Disneyworld. According to her, he sat in the row in front of them and he never said a word to her.
